Director performance evaluations
Director performance evaluations are an excellent way of facilitating continuous governance improvement and identifying areas of focus for each Board member. Our appraisal process is founded on transparency, candour and sensitivity. We assess each Director’s contribution to the Board to identify areas of focus and further development within the governance framework. Where areas of development are identified, a clear and concise plan is provided to the Board member to assist their progression.
Non-Executive Director services
Michael Noon is an executive and non-executive Director with more than 20 years of Board level experience.
Michael has significant experience as an Executive Director in the professional services sector, having been a member of the Board of two professional service firms.
In a Non-executive capacity, Michael is a former member of the Council, and Chair of the Finance Committee at St Leo’s College, within the University of Queensland.
Michael is a Chartered Accountant, a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
