Advisory Boards
Organisations are increasingly establishing Advisory Boards to assist with business growth and problem solving.
Advisory boards (also known as advisory panels, advisory committees, advisory councils) are a group of suitably experienced people, both internal and external to the organisation, appointed to give considered advice or counsel in connection with the business, corporate or other organisation.
The primary function of an Advisory Board is to assist the business to solve problems and engage in fresh thinking on developing issues affecting the organisation.
