Round 3 of the Queensland Government Business Basics grants program opens on 4 May 2022.
The Business Basics grants program provides financial support of $5,000 to businesses to increase core skills and adopt best practice.
The program funds the following activities:
- Training and coaching
- Website builds or upgrades
- Professional business advice
- Strategic marketing services
- Business continuity and succession.
Eligibility criteria
To be eligible for this grant, your business must:
- Not have been approved for funding under Rounds 1 or 2 of the program
- Have fewer than 20 employees (by head count) at the time of applying for the grant
- Have an active ABN and be registered for GST
- Have headquarters in Queensland
- Have an expected turnover of $300,000 or less for the current financial year
- Not have owners/directors that are insolvent or an undischarged bankrupt.
Application process
Applications open at 9.00 am, 4 May 2022.
Applications will close when sufficient applications for a competitive assessment are received.
The grant program is competitively assessed.
